Still not completed on 12th so called - went to voicemail and left message - they didn't call back. I called late the next day - voice mail again. Went in the 14th, female older clerk formerly at RiteAid was ridiculously rude. My prescription was there...they didn't update their system...didn't notify me. Really just incompetent. I no longer trust them to provide medication without errors so switching pharmacies. Convenience doesn't override competence.

It’s impossible to request a refill and then have it ready for pick up without physically going in to have them put it in the queue which means a 45+ minute wait. They don’t answer the phone, it’s just a complete hot mess. I don’t recommend going here.
