I was the 1st person in line and there were 4 others who came in after me who were seen for the same reason I was there before I was even acknowledged. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and did their best to mitigate the negative experience that I had. Despite that, after those folks were taken care of I was taken into a room and I waited for nearly 30 minutes to be seen by the attending physician. After a very brief conversation with said physician I was rushed out of the building where I saw that all of the lights in the building and lobby were off and the door that I exited through had to be unlocked and locked again after my exiting. Thank you to the counter staff for doing your best to make this crappy experience doable, as for the rest of the place. Do better.

- NNnhi nguyenOct 28, 20251.0The lady at the front desk is the reason why i would never ever get treated here, even if i was urgently needing care, i'd rather drive farther to go literally anywhere else. Every single time i go in there to check up on documents for my mom, the lady at this front desk, Trish, always has the most aggressive, assertive, condescending attitude. Mind you my mom doesn't speak perfect english but i do; she speaks to me and my mom like we're actual morons that doesn't understand a word she's saying. She'll continue to reiterate what she said over and over again, each time slower and slower even after i told her, MULTIPLE TIMES that i understood what she was saying and each time she'll get more and more aggressive with what she was trying to explain. Don't work a front desk if you dont know how to talk to a customer professionally or appropriately.
