Dr. Dechter along with his colleagues are very professional and knowledgeable! He not only addressed the issue I was being seen for, he asked all the important questions before I was done with my appointment. I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Dechter as well as the other Dr’s at Benton Franklin Orthopedics Association!

His presentation of the whole process was clear, concise, and easily understandable. I would certainly recommend him to others "suffering" from a tricky toenail.

His patience, knowledge and compassion for his patients is beyond anything I’ve experienced with other doctors. Also, his staff is completely competent, friendly, and willing to do anything they can to help you through the process. I would definitely 100% recommend this practice to anyone.

A couple of suggestions: 1) I wanted to see the exray to understand what is happening to my body as I age but was not offered to view it together; 2) I wasn’t given any information about what to expect after the cortisone injection. I’m not feeling any improvement and need to know what to expect post treatment See you soon

Doctor McKay was great and gave us full instructions of the procedure. However it is appreciated if the receptionist can warn that it may take a little longer. I arrived early and still had to wait for about 20 minutes more past the appointment time.
