Workers are not informed about WIC and were very rude about it. Absolutely anyone who works in a grocery store should automatically be trained on WIC. I have never been to a pharmacy or a store that didn’t know what WIC is. It was extremely embarrassing.

The pharmacist who gave me a flu shot today injected it too high.
The shot should be given 2 to 3 fingers below the acromium process of the shoulder. She gave it only 1 finger breadth below and it felt like she hit a nerve.
This is an issue that I have encountered at other pharmacies and there is a lot of discussion about it online, esp since COVID as a lot of immunizations are now being given outside of hospitals and Dr's offices.
Three or four years ago I had to go through several weeks of PT for a very stiff left shoulder. I don't know if it was connected to immunizations but I don't want to go through that again.
Please have the pharmacy manager review proper injection technique with staff who give shots. This is a very preventable problem.
Thank you.

If you want to feel invisible, stand in line here. No eye contact, no help, long long lines of disappointed people. Rude doesn't even begin to describe these guys.
