Go somewhere else for your prescription needs! The ladies at the front are awesome and you can tell they are frustrated by the way the pharmacist runs this location.

I have been to this pharmacy a couple times and even when I had an issue picking up my prenatal, the pharmacists always tried to help me out or listen to me. However, I spoke to a male pharmacist recently on the phone, who would not let me get a word in when I was calling to refill my prescription. I let him know the last time I was there they only gave me 20 aspirin for preeclampsia and let me know I would receive a message to pick up the rest (like I always do every month). His tone was extremely condescending and even though I let him know I needed a refill, he did refill my aspirin. I know I can get an over the counter medication, but everything is expensive and I don't have money for it. The next day, I went there in person, spoke to a very nice young lady (Nasir ?), didn't have any issues and she let me know I could pick up my aspirin in an hour. I took my RSV vaccine there and had a really nice interaction with the pharmacist. However, I was not able to come back the same day to pick it up. Fast forward, I went in today at 12pm, spoke to the same man I spoke to on the phone, and even before I could finish a sentence he cut me off and ask for my birthday. Fine! I understand there are people behind me! (So I thought). After pulling my information, he let me know about the conversation we had on the phone a few days ago and repeated the same thing. I tried to tell him I was there the day before and Nasir told me my prescription will be ready in an hour. Again, he didn't care! He didn't listen! He didn't follow up with Nasir! He told me I can just pay for it or get over the counter aspirin. I said I was willing to pay for it. But he kept saying it's expensive. I know that. But I am 9 months pregnant and I have a massive headache. So if it's available, I will pay for it. But he just kept arguing, and told me I would have to wait AGAIN. I haven't had such an experience in the past nine months and I wish to never interact with that man again!
