Mikael assisted me with the schedule for my upcoming training classes and Betty researched and confirmed my Authorized Hours approved to work for the client. Mikael was excellent, patient, and clear in his guidance. Betty was exceptionally courteous, knowledgeable and kind. I have been working for this company approximately 2.5 months as an in home aide. Today I spoke with Ms Rose Abbott and can't say enough about how excellent her help was for me. She stayed on the phone assisting me with difficult paperwork, providing information for my understanding and learning, corrected my initial problem and really impressed both myself and the client I care for. She is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, PATIENT, problem solving and kind. Thank you CDWA for hiring such great employees to work with us!
