My husband had knee replacement surgery and needed pain meds refilled so we had the doc send it to Safeway pharmacy. We shop here every week so it made sense to send the prescription here. When calling to see if the prescription was ready, we were first told they cannot find him in the system (we explained he’s never had a prescription filled here before because we used Bartell’s) and then we were told they cannot fill it, some glitch but no explanation as to what the problem was other than to contact our doctor. Husband had to say and spell his name and birthdate multiple times for them to even look him up. Unhelpful staff, poor communication, we won’t try to use the pharmacy again.
