I would get it zero stars if possible. It says on there website it is open and closes at 5.pm today but im here before 5p.m and this pharmacy is already closed. Like why post a "live" showing if its open or not and the time it closes but then not follow it. I planned my work and schedule to be able to pick up a prescription that I need and CANNOT go with out and now I have to go through Christmas suffering and wait two days to try and pick up my prescription. Why say something but just change it up on your customers. Thanks Safeway. This is probably one of the worst location in the north Puget sound area. Employees want to play detective and stare at you like you have done something wrong and then take there sweat time to help you when you actually need help. They honestly should just demolish this place and put a establishment that cares enough to follow there or schedule.

This place is awful! I hate coming here or having to deal with them. They are rude and just cancel your fills without letting you know why. If you try to call to find out why you will be left on hold for 20 minutes or be hung up on without anybody helping you!

I’ve been coming here ever since the Albertsons shut down and got transferred to this Safeway. The head pharmacist is smart and very nice, HOWEVER over the last few years the other employees have gotten worse and worse. They are rude and incompetent, here is one of many examples… My Wife goes to the drop off counter to make sure my medication is refillable, the pharmacist says yes it is refillable, but the line was very long so she waited in the line for an extended time and another pharmacist was outside the counter setting up a display and being very sarcastic and rude to the elderly people standing in line. It was truly disgusting to watch this person be so rude to our elderly folks just waiting for their medications I will be transferring out of the store to anywhere else even if I have to drive farther away. Oh, and by the way, when my wife got to the front counter, my medications were not refillable.
