I have to say you have absolutely no idea how sick and tired of this Pharmacy I am I cannot believe I have not pulled out of here for myself and my kids yet I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt... It says online that they closed at 5 PM. I get there and they closed even before 4 PM. No transparency for customers whatsoever.

Terrible service. I called at 3 and they said it would take a hour to fill my prescriptions so I wait and called back then they say it will be another 30min. I waited 45min. Then I show up and still not ready for another 30min more. Then after waiting in line they asked if I could wait and help other customers. Had to wait in line for another 25min and still not ready. Im still waiting at 5:50pm

The staff are kind although they are overworked and there is never enough staff. The lines are long. The wait to pick up is way to long. Seriously if I don’t see a new face or 2 in the next 2months I will relocated all my scripts and my kids. It’s not worth the 30minutes wait while the pharmacist gives Covid shots and the other employees need his fingerprint to move forward. It has always been way behind in staff. Please give this pharmacy staff Sayvon. enough money to pay staff quit over working staff and get more please. It’s insane. GET more staff please or lose customers. The end

Exposure to blood borne pathogens in unsanitary bathrooms conditions at Albertsons.
It is very clear that they have a drug use issue going on in the restrooms at this grocery store. If you have a child that needs to use the restroom, escort them into the bathroom to make sure there is no one using drugs at that time or that the child does not touch blood! There was blood splatter on the ceiling in multiple locations, blood on the stall walls, the floor, around the sink… it was beyond unsanitary for customers and or employees. I was going to take pictures but I was too grossed out in the moment. I’m sure the employees don’t get paid enough to constantly clean up blood, or chase off users, but there are things that corporate and or management can put in place to help. * A few Cost efficient options to help this problem. **Install blue lights in the bathrooms: I did read online that convenience stores and supermarkets are installing blue lights in bathrooms on order to quell drug usage by making it more difficult for people to inject themselves. The theory is that drug users, who often use the privacy of bathroom stalls to shoot up heroin and other drugs, would have difficulty finding their veins. **Install low lights in the bathrooms**Door locks that need a code: Install bathroom door locks opened by a code that customer can get at the front. **If improvements happen. I will update my review.
