As a client i have never gotten any call back,nothing! Even had a person forwarded messages to a Mohammed.. Who is ? Case management.. Inwhich this Mohammed has done very little in the respect of a client call back..Folks Go somewhere else..call the WASHINGTON HEALTH Authorities...report this agency..they target only the state coverage that you are approved of.... I was on Hold for 1.2 hours hung up, had a social worker call,to no avail for a contact at this agency..folks call W.H.A.report this agency... Ask for options...this CDWA NEEDS TO GO....
