    I cannot say enough about the outstanding support and professionalism I received from Heather Smith as my service coordinator with CDWA. From day one, Heather went above and beyond to make sure I understood every step of the process, and she was patient, thorough, and kind. She didn’t just “do her job”—she truly cared about my situation and took the time to walk me through forms, answer questions, and make sure nothing fell through the cracks. Heather is incredibly knowledgeable and dependable. She made a complicated process feel smooth and manageable, and she always communicated clearly and promptly. Her dedication, compassion, and attention to detail made a world of difference for me. If every coordinator carried themselves with Heather’s level of commitment and heart, the system would be flawless. I am deeply grateful for her help and highly recommend her to anyone who has the privilege of working with her. She is truly a blessing to CDWA and to the people she serves.

    Oksana has been an absolute blessing she is so helpful and responsive I would have definitely given 5 stars had i not had the exact opposite from my first service coordinator, but thankfully I now have oksana whom is just the best!
