  Remind ur tech not to give you a shot straight into your shoulder joint. A week later my shoulder still hurts, is bruised at the injection site, and my regular range of motion still isn't back.

  I recently had an urgent care visit and I essentially was told they didn’t know what was wrong with me and sent away. Little to no effort was made to alleviate my condition. This week I had a planned parenthood appointment for the same condition and they did everything they possibly could to help me even though they also didn’t know what was wrong. I also felt more comforted and validated there than I had ever felt at KVH Urgent care. If I have a similar situation in the future I’m not wasting my time at urgent care. Im going to go where people care about me.

  Took my daughter for an appointment here, they made her wait an hour past her scheduled appointment time just to be taken back for her appointment. I was waiting in the car outside the whole time w/ my young disabled son. I called my daughters phone and asked to speak to the receptionist and the receptionist said my daughter would have to wait longer to be brought back for her appointment, or reschedule. I asked her to let the doctor know that my young disabled son who was waiting outside with me in our car this entire time was having difficulty with the long wait due to his disability and she tried to refuse to give the doctor the message saying it wouldn’t change anything. I find the customer service and consideration for others here to be very poor.
