I received notifications that my prescription was ready, but upon arrival, staff couldn’t find it and asked me to return later. The next day, after waiting in a long line, a rude employee struggled to locate my account, claiming it was with another Safeway, despite my two-year history. Without checking on the shelves, she said the prescription wasn’t ready and to come back in 15 minutes, which wasn’t feasible. On July 18, 2025, I returned again, a second time. The same employee ignored me until another staff member retrieved my prescription. She then silently tossed it into a bag and rang me up—no apology or acknowledgment. The arrogance was disappointing and unprofessional.

Came back the next day only to be told they only give shots by appointment. They have signage up all over the place about walk ins but it's just a waste of time trying to get service there
