I have lived in numerous cities across the country, had to travel extensively, and I can say without a doubt this team has been extremely understanding, patient, thorough and adapted to the increase and volume of people who have moved out to Cle Elum. My parents live there full time, and they have establish strong connections with full time residents and gain trust. It is incredibly helpful and wonderful to have a team efficiently and responsibly adhere to the rules and regulations in place, and take the time to reach out to the insurance companies, doctors, family members thoroughly. They’ve worked diligently on helping me out when I’ve had to transfer to a different pharmacy for pick up in another town, they’ve worked hard on same day refills when I’ve messed my timeline up myself, and they’ve always quickly corrected any mistakes made on their part. In such a busy town that’s had so little options since pharmacies have shut down, these people have worked so hard and diligently to try and keep up with everyone
