I’m sure it’s a staffing issue from management, the staff are always nice and working hard but every single time I have to call to ask them to fill my prescription, if I don’t call it will just go unfilled for days and days. So I have to call if I want it in a reasonable time, but then when I call it just goes unanswered.

There is an obvious issue with this pharmacy they never have my time sensitive medications filled in a timely manner. I gave them an entire week to fill the remainder of my time sensitive med and still wasn't ready when I showed up to get it. I have to wait in a long line just to be told it's not ready yet, they claim give us a few more hours or it will be done tomorrow and it's literally never ready. Waiting in a long line multiple times in the same day for my prescription only to be told; not ready yet over and over again is the most frustrating thing I've ever had to experience. I try to call the pharmacy so I don't have to stand in line just to be turned away, but what do ya know I've called the pharmacy over 30 times now in the past few months and never once got through to anyone. Driving all the way to Spokane for my meds is a pain but compared to this is gonna be worth all the gas money it will cost me to do so. You are the worst rated pharmacy in all of Spokane and I see why. is there any hope for this place? You know there is an issue here! Is anything being done to try and improve these know issues so the people of Cheney don't have to take there business else where?

Finally left Safeway Pharmacy for Owl Pharmacy. I have given management six years to make a change, but I cannot spend an hour waiting in line every time I go here. Your employees are sinking.

I called this pharmacy at least 10 times over the course of 3 days and during all times of the day to get my prescription transferred and they didn’t answer a single time and I couldn’t even leave a voicemail either. I had to call customer service of the store and they took my name and phone number and still they didn’t call me back or take any of my calls.
