- DODelphia OlsonDec 18, 20251.0This was the worst experience I’ve ever had I waited an hour to be seen and I arrived early to my appointment the staff were all nice so I didn’t mind then the provider came in Beverly Kohler worst provider I’ve ever seen anywhere she was in my room all of about 20 mins at most acted like she was in a rush she didn’t listen to me I had to repeat myself over and over I’m not ageist but I do believe she needs to be retired she wouldn’t listen when I told her what kind of meds I couldn’t take due too past experience and PCOS and she essentially advocated for abstinence or using abortions as a form of birth control I’m not against abortions but when a patient is coming to you for effective birth control and you essentially recommend abortions instead that is disgusting this location should be shut down if this provider is going to keep working there and practicing like this

I did have to wait past my appointment time but I would rather wait and get a nice comfortable experience than have everyone rushed in and out with no empathy.

The establishment is clean, the staff are straightforward, kind, and helpful I got birth control to control my period and a health check up done and they made me feel comfortable and helped out significantly! The parking was fine as well. The adult protesters are really annoying however, the protesters are very nosy, lacks empathy, and uneducated, which is not planned parenthoods fault. Ignore the protesters if they talk to you, they wont bother you too much.
