I returned to have the arm casted after the swelling reduced and again to have the cast removed. Each time there was minimal to no wait and the care was excellent. I highly recommend Cashmere Urgent Care even if you live in Wenatchee or Leavenworth. They do not bill insurance. However, all documentation includes billing codes etc so you can submit it to your insurance co.
