Either send prescriptions to the wrong doctors or just lie about sending things. Told me my doctor rejected a medication, didn't contact me for 3 days to tell me about it, and it turns out it's not even true. Staff has never been friendly.

If you enjoy waiting in line, and being treated like a number, then this is the pharmacy for you. Seriously, why does anyone use Safeway pharmacy? They're the absolute worst. There's nothing like bumping into someone you know, while you're picking up your diarrhea medicine or whatever. I needed glucose tablets last week, because my blood sugar was dropping while I was getting food, and they didn't even have them. Glucose tablets are pretty friggin important, and if you need them, it's not something that you can go without. They keep them behind the counter, too, which is ridiculous. I guess they were getting stolen a lot, but whoever was stealing glucose tablets must have really needed them, too. It's not like some luxury item or something. If you're hypoglycemic, glucose tablets are absolutely essential to have with you at all times. Having a sudden drop in blood sugar is really scary, especially if you're in public by yourself. I had to stand there in the isle of the grocery store chugging orange juice, shaking and disoriented, hoping that I wasn't going to fall over. The scariest thing is, if it did get that bad that I passed out, people would probably just assume I was on drugs or something and call law enforcement instead of an ambulance. All because the pharmacy didn't have glucose tablets in stock. I wish I could give a lower rating than 1 star.
