The worst medical group in the industry. All they do is refer you out to someone else everyone that sees you is a PA instead of an actual physician My family has seen them numerous times over the past 3 years and all is we've gotten is referred to someone else with no conclusion our help solving the problems. Don't waste your time or money with this medical group.

They don't accept Medicare despite the website stating otherwise. If you are a medicare holder they will refuse to see you, even if you offer to pay cash.

I went in for a procedure yesterday and my nurse Leela excluded me from my aunt who went with and I wanted with me. I understand it is their job to ask to a certain extent if this is my decision and I’m sure but the way leela kept repeating and made me feel as an adult I need to explain a decision I made not only for the wellbeing of myself but my future. Not only did I feel questioned but I was then left alone for a long period of time once again without my aunt to think and feel alone. My doctor was a fantastic woman not only helped me with my current situation but helped me down a path to help a different problem. Planned parenthood has enough potential issues without a bad nurse.

I have come here twice. I will not be returning after my previous experience. I got tested a few weeks ago and the person who drew my blood, Leela, was not nice at all. I kept smiling at her and got nothing in return. Getting my blood drawn for me is a stressful experience, as I have an intense fear of needles. She didn’t smile once or make me feel comfortable at all. I was laughing like I do when I get nervous, she looked me dead in the eyes and told me to stop laughing. Then I told her that sometimes I pass out when getting my blood drawn. She said nothing and just looked at me like I created the biggest inconvenience for her. When she was walking me back to my room she told me to wait for her in the hall because she had to log out of her computer. She was so unprofessional and made me feel like she would rather be anywhere else. She did not make me feel welcome. After she drew my blood she asked if I was going to pass out, I said no probably not and then she left me alone in the room. Then I cried for about 10 min until Alyssa came in for a bit. I was already uncomfortable and the person who drew my blood made it way worse. I will say however, Alyssa is wonderful and I feel like truly cares about her patients. It is just hard when you go in and the person you talk to the most is unfriendly. If I could only see Alyssa I totally would.
