Regular attendee, but today was a very disappointing experience. I arrived at 8:05 for a class that had historically started at 8:15 and was turned away due to a “strict” late policy, despite having seen late arrivals allowed in the past. The front desk interaction was cold and inflexible, which made the situation feel unfair and poorly handled.

A fun and challenging workout led by Noelle, who has incredible energy and motivated us throughout the class with clear instructions. Suitable for all fitness levels, I was a first-timer and was shown beginner's modifications to the exercises. The dark room and great music is a great addition to the workouts. I will be coming back regularly.

Started getting back into shape after a long hiatus. Friendly atmosphere for all fitness levels, great energy, simple to register for classes and all the amenities I need before and after a workout. Exactly what I needed.

The Hyrox class on Sundays are awesome. Intense workout similiar to doing the real race except in a room. It does get crowded but still able to do the full 8 - 1km run and 8 stations. Instructor Alice is awesome. Very encouraging and keeps us motivated throughout the 75 min class. The other classes throughout the week are similiar to what I already do at F45 and Orange Theory; so there is a lot of overlap. Overall, very happy that I was able to get a limited membership here as this will prepare me for my Men's Open Hyrox Race in Anaheim and Men's Double Open Race in Vancouver, Canada, both in December. Frequently Asked Questions About Shred415 Bellevue

What type of workout is SHRED415?

Shred415 is a high-intensity interval training group fitness class. What does that mean? You will experience bursts of intense movements both on the treadmill and floor to get your heart rate high, followed by recovery exercises to lower your heart rate back down. HIIT is great for cardiovascular conditioning and building muscle endurance. At Shred415, half of your time is spent on a treadmill in organized running/walking drills, and half of your time is spent on the floor with dumbbells doing organized strength training moves. And the best part? The lights are low and the music is pumping so there is lots of energy to keep you moving! It's an extremely effective workout that will keep you burning calories all day long!

How does shred415 differ from other workouts?
