    Even though I showed up late they still made me feel like it was okay and still treated me with the upmost respect. I didn't know how much more comfortable it was to be in the presence of confident professional women that were only concerned with whatever was worrying me. They just wanted to help fix me, I could feel it in the words they used as well as just making sure I was completely comfortable. Thank you to the Women of Planned Parenthood. Well done!!!

    Dr. Leslie was kind and understanding and walked me through every step of my exam. I had a fairly traumatic experience with a male gynecologist in the past and she listened to my concerns and did not dismiss me when I was emotionally vulnerable. The wait was minimal, i was taken back around 5 minutes past my appointment time. Not bad! Brianna was also very nice and handled my vulnerability well. Thank you. 🥲

    Rebecca R - front receptionist is rude and not helpful in any way but to waste one’s time and add to the frustration- website says walking are welcome for EC at this site .I walk in at 5:20pm they close at 6 after 10 min of here looking up my name and dob and insurance she then informs me oh it’s to late you can’t be seen it’s now 5:32 pm so I ask what do you mean she’s replied no provider is gonna seen you , so I ask where can I go to get EC she shrugged her shoulders and said idk ask around … like I said rude n not helpful

    This was the first doctors office I've been to that's taken my medical concerns seriously. I've been met with empathy from every staff member I've seen. Yes, they can be short staffed at times, but the staff is always warm and patient regardless of how busy they are.

    I had the worst experience with my IUD insertion here. It was the most painful experience of my life and I was not adequately warned. I called to try to get it taken out and they have no appointments for a week. I am a huge supporter of Planned Parenthood on principle, but I am extremely disappointed by this experience.
