We came in for an unexpected issue with my wife and had to bring our baby with us, and the staff was incredibly understanding and welcoming. The doctor was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly, taking the time to listen and explain everything clearly. The nurses and front-desk team were also kind, efficient, and made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. They even made our baby feel comfortable and welcomed, which meant a lot to us. This was one of the best medical visits we’ve ever had. Thank you all for the outstanding care.

My paperwork can be annoying but they knew exactly what needed to be done. The only thing I wish they did was take a payment card over the phone if someone else is paying the fee/copay.
- KSKuldeep SinghDec 3, 20251.0Dulce is one star, even the doctor is I have no idea how they get the job I waited there for long enough ,when I was told it will be half hour for my DOT when I called them on phone before going in ,after giving them my all paperwork etc they locked me inside a room for 60 minutes yes 60 minutes and when I asked how long it will be when they locked me in a room ,she replied if I want to leave they can refund my money when I was just checking how long it will be very disrespectful right ,they don’t care about your time ,they wants you to be here for longer for no reason , anyway I was like okay I came here let’s just wait, then I was back in that room then the doctor came very mad on me instead of apologizing for taking longer ,asked me if I want my DOT or not like he is doing it for free then for my own respect I asked them to give me my money back they refunded it I was there for 90 minutes did not get my DOT and got late for my work I felt really bad for myself,avoid this place I promise you will be thankful ,very rude and disrespectful staff
