They quoted 30 minutes and I waited, often passing by the pickup counter to see if it was ready earlier. Apparently they had difficulty finding who the prescriber was and instead of calling me back to ask me my doctors name (either overhead in store or my phone# they had on file), they waited until I came up 40 min later asking what the delay was. No rx filled and 40 min wasted for what could have been an easy solution.

I think that most customers don't realize that having a grocery store pharmacy is so nice in many ways but to be profitable to the store as a whole, sacrifices ( limited labor ) are made. Think of how high prices would be to pay for enough staff to service customers right away. There are pharmacies that do that if you need white glove treatment. So suck it up like the rest of us. The employees at this Safeway Pharmacy deserve respect most of the time (HEE,HEE!!)

To then find out that not only had they forgotten me and were not getting my prescription ready, but that NONE of my prescription was even in the store!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
