Customers demand better service!!!
The customer service at this pharmacy has been absolutely horrible. Calls are never returned, wait times are excessive, and prescriptions are frequently processed incorrectly. When issues arise and I ask to speak with a manager, I am placed on hold indefinitely—only to have no one ever come to the phone. When I eventually hang up, there is no follow-up or return call.
This is a pharmacy. Where people receive their medications. That alone should demand a higher level of care, responsibility, and respect. The way I have been treated as a customer is unacceptable. Would you treat your mother or grandmother this way?
I understand this pharmacy has taken on many patients due to Rite Aid closing. However, that is not an excuse for poor service. I was never treated this way at Rite Aid—they consistently went above and beyond for their customers. It’s extremely disappointing that we are now forced to deal with a pharmacy that refuses to provide even basic customer service.
The reviews reflect this experience—two stars speaks volumes. Management and ownership should be ashamed and take a hard look at what needs to change. If you choose to be in customer service, then provide it. Something needs to change here, urgently.
I have already pulled our entire family from this pharmacy and will NEVER send any of our patients, friends or family to this pharmacy!

Never enough staff, takes days to fill a script, app is pointless. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever experienced. No communication, unreliable refills, wrong amounts in RX. Staff doesn't communicate. Most of the time there are flys flying above the pick up registers.

I called in this morning after trying to use the online refill service, trying to confirm whether or not the expected refill day I got (2 days out) was accurate. The woman at the pharmacy assured me that they could have it ready for me today, no problem. Great. So I come in about 4 hours later only to be told that they are completely out of my medication and that the pharmacy staff I spoke with lied to me. They told me to go to federal way, the next city over, so I did. When I showed up, I learn that they did not even attempt to reach out and begin processing the transfer, or did they even check if federal way had my medication in stock before sending me on this detour. I got lucky, and they had it ready for me in about 30 minutes. This is so messed up. You cannot and should not be playing these games and gambling with people's health. If I did not have my schedule open to throw an hour long detour in before the store in the next city over closed, or if they were out of stock, I would be screwed and forced to go through withdrawals. NOT OK.
