Line is always hellacious, slow and I am almost always angry after speaking to the pharmacy tech's. Never left happy or satisfied, it's not the expected service from Safeway employee's.It's almost like it's a whole different store inside Safeway because they are not by any means up to par with the employee's working in the grocery department.

If your time doesn't matter to you then this pharmacy is the place to go. 20 minute line waits, just to be told it will be ready in 30 mins. Then to return 30 mins later to wait in line for another 20 mins. To be told it will be ready the next day. Even when you use their app to schedule a pick up time prior. I almost had to cancel my colonoscopy because I was told three different times and days my prep wasn't ready. I lost my patience after 4 different pick up tries, I told them I can't wait any longer because I start my prep tomorrow. The pharmacist treated me rudely and slammed the prep on the counter and gave me no instructions. Told me I had to by over the counter gasx and elax, all the while it was prescribed by my Dr. Do better Safeway!

They messed up a prescription and I expect them to fix it!! I want an apology!! I've seen lines 20 deep if not more waiting in line to get their prescription!! Horrible pharmacy. I always have to wait in line for longer than any other pharmacy that I have been to. The staff is intermittently kind but others that work there are irritable and seem to dislike their jobs, which impacts the customers directly. They have incorrectly filled my prescriptions twice even after I had to correct them and asked for reassurance at checkout that they were in fact filled as instructed. It's as if the pharmacist hastily reads the scripts which is so dangerous. For a new prescription he asked, "any questions?" but walked away immediately. As a nurse, I am concerned. They take forever to fill scripts and it so frustrating that there are limited pharmacy options in my town.
