Currently, the only reason I go to this doctor is to save on gas because it is the closest office to where I live and we are already established patients. One might assume I mean it is convenient, but despite being about 5 minutes from my house, it is anything but.
The providers are fine, but the patient experience is horrible. Despite having a phone, they rarely answer it. I think I have gotten through about 15% of the time I call. I just gave up on a call even though I was next in line… for over an hour. Not sure they even moved through callers ahead of me, I assume those callers just gave up first.
Having a (limited) online portal does not excuse you from the need to answer your phone.
This office does not respect your time, and while I generally feel like the providers take their time with you and do not rush you/listen. It's not worth the trouble it takes to be seen. The lax timing also leads you to have long wait times for your appointment. I need to schedule a half day off work for a 15 minute appointment, 5 minutes from my work…
The only reason I am currently still a patient is because the process of finding another doctor is already so cumbersome.
I would not recommend becoming a new patient.

At first it seemed a miracle to be able to.see.such a wonderful place when you are ill.but in the end it nearly cost me my life and when I get a call back from a dr. I.expect them to at least pronounce my name correctly my advice. Listen to your patients dont treat them like a number otherwise they could end up being admitted into the hospital 6 hours later all because you failed to listen I have better insurance now and am switching dr. One more visit there and then I never have to go back thank you jesus
