- NLNatasha LenzaAug 13, 20241.0I have to say it is one of the worst doctors offices to deal with. Long wait times, grumpy office workers, hard to make an appointment and they will drop you with out warnings if you don't go in after a year. And you don't know you don't have a doctor anymore until you call to make an appointment. When I asked why they didn't warn my husband they were going to drop him as a patient the lady informed me they have so many patients they don't have time to warn people when there going to drop them for not being seen enough. The office is Managed very poorly. Awful customer service..
- JJJeanineFeb 26, 20241.0Horrible! Every experience I've had was awful. I had an appointment at 9:45 and i wasn't seen till 11. Even when the waiting room had only a couple people. Then I sat in the exam room for another 30 mins. I eventually got up and said i was leaving. Suddenly the doc was available to see me. All this for a prescription refill. The workers at the front desk also acted like I was bothering them or something. Rude. You will never get a call back or an answer on the phone either. I called 9x in a week and left messages. Never a call back or answer. Thats when i decided to find a new doc. Overall, horrible! Go somewhere else!!! They do not care.
