  Staff reminds me of high schoolers. Super passive aggressive. Basic communication was a struggle. During my consultation, I had the exact same x-rays done the day before by my dentist. I spoke to staff about this before proceeding. Was completely dismissed and the attendants just laughed and giggled the whole time. I do not know if they are capable of communicating with others outside their office, or just choose to do redundant procedures in order to bill. Dr. Price said we'd be done by February 2025. Once that month came, we hadn't even gotten the bottoms on yet. No explanation given when I asked him directly about it. Just given a red herring. A couple of days the door wasn't fully shut on one of my brackets when I left. Lady at the front desk blamed my actions for it each time. I didn't notice either of them loose while in the chair. I scheduled another appointment to fix 45 mins after I left and noticed the second time, but still my fault somehow. Blame games are a constant at this place. I had one staff member put so much pressure on my tooth trying to open one of the doors, I genuinely had concerns they where going to cause permanent damage. Luckily Dr. Price heard the sounds coming out of me and pushed them aside. I had the same person on another visit stab me in the gums trying to put on the rubber bands, which is considered acceptable risk and such. Not a problem on it's own. It's when I spoke out about it though. Their response was "Oh did that hurt?" given in the "Try giving birth" tone of voice. Dr. Price was not around to save me from them that time. In hindsight, with how this whole experience has been, I now think it was on purpose. The lady in billing, Mary Kay, did not give me a proper refund. Was charged for services not provided. My top was not completed. They did not remove the brackets and glue. They did not give me a retainer, etc. All things I was charged for and not given a refund. They only gave a partial refund for my bottoms, and it was not proportional. Asking for a line item bill/invoice/receipt was a nightmare. Never could get it figured out. Their system is not set up for that. They are not capable of such a thing. They do their financials with vibes and "trust me bros". With what little information I was given, they have a "25% covers records, diagnosis, And initial set up for braces" item. If any of that is considered part of the costs for my bottoms, I could not get clarification on. No idea how much those unneeded x-rays cost. Lady had such a nasty attitude when I asked for a itemized bill like you'd expect from every other part of the economy when doing transactions. Stores, Restaurants, or any Buisness I've been to provide that. My electrician gave me one. My lawyer gave me one. My dentists have them. My doctor has them. I don't see what makes these guys so prestigious that asking for one is considered so unreasonable. Trying to go elsewhere for my care, and no one wants to use the existing brackets. I am told they are not up to standards. It is costing me so much more just trying to fix the care provided by Dr. Price and his staff. I genuinely hate that I ever came here seeking treatment. I consider this one of my biggest mistakes in recent years. A college semester's worth of money wasted. All the pain from treatment done with nothing to show for, and still have to go through again to fix. If you are thinking about coming here, I'd say you are better off lighting your money on fire. Definitely a warmer experience.

  I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Price after reading reviews. He is a A++ orthodontist. Thorough, professional, made the best decision for my orthodontic repair needs. I recommend him without reservation.

  We have had nothing but great experiences. My son has had to go every week for a month now and he never minds going to see the wonderful staff there.

  Dr. Price is a very professional and informative Orthodontist. He'll take the time to explain everything regarding procedures and is very attentive to individuals needs and concerns. Highly recommend!!
