  Quoted a price for a crown on a tooth that was previously filled at the same office and failed after about a year. Told the crown was going to cost $525 out of pocket and the rest covered by insurance. Based on the quoted price I decided to have the work done. A few weeks later i received a bill for over $600 which to me seemed very sneaky and dishonest.. dealing with insurance I’m sure a dentist office should have a good understanding of what is covered and what is not based on what policy is carried. To get a bill for more than double what I initially paid out of pocket and telling a patient what is covered ends up being a fraction of what ends up being is wrong and can put people in a tough financial situation. I would have had the tooth pulled if I knew I was going to be billed such an exorbitant amount. Myself and my family won’t be going back.

  Had an emergency with a broken tooth. Not only did they fit me in they did an excellent job of pulling tooth. Very professional and caring.

  I did well with Dr. Wilson and great crew until a few years ago. I feel that he now concentrates too much on pushing as many patients through his office each hour. He and staff no longer adequately describe procedures being performed and attendant costs. I have moved on.
