- KLKay LNov 6, 20251.0I have been a patient at the PHC for my entire life. After my father’s passing in the fall of 2025, I reached out to them seeking mental health support. I was informed that, because I had not had an in-person visit since late 2022, I had been dropped as a patient — and that they are no longer accepting new ones. Since then, I have been unable to find a primary care provider in the Central Vermont area, at what has been the most difficult time of my life. I never received any notification that I had been removed from their patient list, yet I continue to receive their promotional/spam emails weekly. I find this practice deeply concerning and believe it reflects poorly on their commitment to patient care. I encourage anyone else who has experienced similar treatment to contact their local representative and express concern over this practice. At the very least, consider for yourself whether this is the kind of care and communication you would wish to receive for yourself or a loved one.

Walked in scared, because this place is notorious for treating medicaid patients like they're worth nothing. 10 minutes late due to traffic for a 3 hour round trip for an extraction, no food, no water for at least 12 hours prior, and they were already onto the next patient. They can treat medicaid patients like they're less than human and get away with it, because theyre the only oralsurgeons in Vermont. Go ahead, take this out on me next Thursday. Better off drinking a fifth of vodka and using pliers to yank out my molar. At least I'd be treating myself with dignity.

- JLJustin LawsonJun 10, 20251.0Came to the for mental health issues, was told to come back in 1 week, then the refused to see me in 1 week, and after I tried to kill myself they refused to continue seeing me. Don't bother going there for any type of help, they constantly hang up on you dont try to help, they say go to the ER, yet the ER continues to tell me to go to my Primary care which is PHC. They refuse to listen to what the problems are that the patients have, and refuse to even do what their own doctors tell them to do

I truly wish I’d filed a formal complaint with the state medical board, alas all I can do is warn people to stay away from Dr Crose, who I see is still practicing here.
