- SHShane HatleeJan 6, 20265.0Honestly, the place is a breath of fresh air. We just switched over to Union Street Dental from the Smile Lodge. Union Street took my son immediately, fixed his cracked tooth, had us home, including the drive, the paper work and scheduling in under 2 hours. It was so easy and uncomplicated, I wasnt even sure if we had been to a real dentist office. The same day Union Street fixed my sons tooth, we were turned away from Smile Lodge, even though the dentist had prior knowledge of the tooth, the damage, location and patient age. The worst part, it was scheduled by a supervisor and we drove 2 hours in the ice storm last week so we didnt miss the appointment. If I could give Union Street 6* today I would. Its not perfect. Its small, its tight, its open, but they are very efficient, and incredibly easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to refer a friend in the least.

The hygienist was watching a soccer game on their phone while cleaning my teeth, there was water pouring down my neck throughout the process, I did not receive a protective vest for my X-rays, and the cleaning was much more painful than usual.
