- MDMadison DalrympleNov 15, 20255.0I am a rape survivor who had never been able to get a pap smear before Planned Parenthood - I'd been laughed at, shamed, and even threatened with institutionalization by other outside providers for my PTSD, including ones who claimed to be "trauma-informed". The staff here, however, were *so* incredibly compassionate & helpful. The combo of nitrous oxide and a very understanding staff has made PP the only place I can or will go for care! I would highly recommend them for other survivors who struggle to find compassionate care, because they are fantastic.

I wish I remembered all of the names of the nurses and doctors I spoke with to give them the recognition they deserve. I felt very comfortable, well informed, and genuinely cared for the entire time. I was in and out within 3 hours each day, never waiting more than 20 minutes in the waiting room to be seen. I was able to get even more financial assistance than I needed and it took SO much stress out of having to travel for the appointment. I can’t wait to pay it forward one day. I hope each and every person working in that facility knows how important and outstanding they are. Thank yall so much ❤️❤️
- SFSarah FMar 26, 20255.0I got the Mirena IUD here and the staff was amazing. They offered me nitrous gas for the procedure as I told them I was nervous, and it helped a lot. Shadesia was my NP and she did a great job and made me feel comfortable. The other nurse/aid who took my vitals and administered nitrous (I think her name was Dibrel) was fantastic and so kind as well. I would absolutely go back to this office and I’m so thankful these ladies took such great care of me
