You get scheduled for a procedure without a thorough understanding of the process. I paid for one thing and then the doc came and said he was sick so he wanted to get through the process. He drew the lines and I told him I didn’t think they were correct. Six months later it looks as if I didn’t have a service. I don’t think he did anything while I was under the influence. Terrible experience and I feel like they just stole my money.

Dr Moshyedi is nice and very kind and he is very transparent. He does not make false promises and he is up front with changes you should expect . I can’t wait to do the rest of my surgery in 3 weeks . I feel comfortable with Dr Moshyedi and I trust him so with now the front desk issue resolved , I’m very happy and can’t wait to go back to finish my procedure. I’m updating my previous review, which was originally negative due to the front-desk staff and how the situation was handled. I still stand by my comment that the office staff were rude, but I don’t believe their behavior should reflect the entire clinic. The office manager was kind, professional, and took accountability, and both the doctor and nurse were great throughout the process. Because of that, I’ve removed my long negative review and adjusted this one to reflect a fair middle ground.
