  I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers to ANYONE! First, I had to us a true emergency need. I talked to Ashley Watson who helped me solve our immediate need with such compassion. Ashley walked us through all the options, which were so many and helped us make an immediate plan. This was such an emotional time. I am so thankful for her help and guidance. Then I was in touch with Michael who is my contact in the Sterling area. He is absolutely wonderful. He helped with any and all changes as we were navigating this new need. Michael is always so receptive, kind and caring. We made a lot of changes in the beginning of my mothers care needs and he never got one bit frustrated and treated us with such kindness, helped give options that would work with days of week and time of day and still does. We ended up with the best caregiver I could have hoped and wished for Tina. I don't think my words will do her justice. Tina cares for my mother like it was her own. She anticipates her needs before I even have to say a word. The care my mom receives from Tina is like no other. She is so thorough, kind, and loving to my mom. Honestly, she is like family to my mom, my kids and my husband and I. We believe god sent her to us! Thank you Comfort Keepers!

  When my husband had to be admitted to the hospital, then rehab, and then sent home to finish his recovery from a fall, we were faced with a dilemma. On top of that I was due to have surgery in 4 weeks. I ended up moving my surgery another 4 weeks because I needed time to facilitate all the scheduling. On top of that our 2 story house needed some accommodations to help him. I turned to Comfort Keepers in Sterling, VA. They were able to not only schedule 24 hr. care to help me get the grab bars & temporary stairlift that were needed. I would not be able to move forward with my surgery without them. The help that came into your home was well trained & did everything they could to fit in. I would like to give a special thank you to Merva Jones who was willing and able to do all she could to accomodate us & our schedules.

  Comfort Keepers was very professional, helped our family choosing appropriate caregivers for my husband who suffers from dementia as I recovered from back surgery. Aster and Tina were caring, compassionate, patient, connected and provided excellent care. The in-home service is unparalleled. Thank you for your ongoing support and assistance. Moving forward we would definitely look to Comfort Keepers if the need arises. ,

  We had a great experience with Comfort Keepers in the last 3 months of my Dad's life. Two particular shout-outs: I worked with Michael to schedule carers to come into my Dad's home twice a day - morning and evening. When I had a last minute request, Michael worked with me to find a solution with a smile and a positive attitude. He always reached out immediately to raise issues and assure me he would address them. I felt totally supported. In addition, my Dad bonded with one particular carer, Samson. He looked forward to the days Samson would come to his home, enjoyed conversations with him, and really valued his company and companionship. Our hope was to be able to work with Comfort Keepers to bring Samson in more often when my Dad was discharged from the hospital. Unfortunately, he never made it home. :-( In any case, my family was glad to have had Comfort Keepers working alongside us these past couple of months, and would highly recommend Comfort Keepers, Michael, and Samson!
