I was robbed & my identity stolen by one company caregiver. Three others sent unqualified workers who sat & watched videos or played games on their phones. I never felt comfortable leaving or taking a nap so I did housework which is not respite! When the Key sent a caregiver I was so pleased! 😃 She knew about my husband’s needs. She has training & even brought things like puzzles & games to help with dementia. She is knowledgeable & her time here is all about her patient. I am hoping to be able to get her here for two days next year. I am very happy with the Key & I recommend them highly!! I wish I could give 10 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
