- DWDorothy WilliamsOct 3, 20255.0Read my whole review please!!!!! I came All the way from Charlotte to VA my appointment was at 8:10am I got the surgical abortion done. I was overly nervous, scared, terrified, etc because I had this done one time before in NC and when I say the pain was 100000000 I mean just that. Coming to this clinic was nothing but amazing I felt nothing when I got my Surgical procedure done and if I did I was out of it. I did get the extra Medication but overall the staff was nothing but amazing. I don’t remember the doctor name (I’m sorry) but she was amazing if I could give them a Thousand stars I really would.

I wish they did everything i would just come here. How amazing they were is indescribable i have NEVER been treated so well by a medical staff in my life. Truly a blessing to have a place like this that ACTUALLY cares about you.

Maybe—but at the Roanoke branch of Planned Parenthood, there’s no judgment, only passion and a true commitment to helping in any way they can. The clinic is clean, quiet, and deeply respectful of patient confidentiality—something that not all companies can claim, even for less controversial services. The staff are not just “essential workers.” They’re kind, compassionate, educated, and highly trained professionals who go above and beyond a job description. They provide women and their support systems with a safe, respectful space where health and happiness are prioritized. I wholeheartedly recommend visiting Planned Parenthood because they practice what they preach = passion for patients.

When you call in to try and get an appointment you get a ghetto attitude and almost feel like you are bothering them. The services has really went down hill and the attitude I will no longer deal with. I'm changing to a different doctors office where I can get the respect and services I need. Stay away from this location! Maybe they are mad because TRUMP defunded them!!!
