- OLOspreyman LottDec 5, 20255.0I went to PT for planter fasciitis and Kristin also helped how to lift properly to prevent back pain and suggestions and therapy for my carpal tunnel and wrist arthritis including proper wrist alignment for lifting wts. The fasciitis got better as well as my other issues. She was very personable and knowledgeable and an excellent teacher. Highly recommend!!

She teaches you how to do things correctly that you do on a daily basis to keep your flareups down as well as helping with your specific case of needs, which in my case were hyper mobility. I’ve never had a PT that cared so much and focused less on loading you up with a bunch of exercises to do every day and more on overall core stability. Phoenix physical therapy And Kristen have really changed my life for the better. Liz, the front of staff Is excellent and personable and has helped me through a lot of insurance issues. I highly recommend this location!
