The doctor there was the worst. I will never go back there. She asked questions and said things that no doctor has ever said or done. She assumed things that was not true. I felt so uncomfortable. If I had taped that conversation She probably woukd not have a job right now. She was very disrespectful. I went for a DOT physical I will will never go back.

My experiences at the Concentra clinic off Willis Road have been extremely negative, and I feel the establishment operates in an unprofessional and unethical manner.
On my first visit, I waited in the lobby for over two hours for a drug test. I eventually had to use the restroom because of the long wait, and staff accused me of trying to cheat on the test. Despite my attempts to explain the situation, they refused to listen and even threatened to remove me from the facility if I didn’t “get myself together.” The entire situation was handled very poorly and without any respect or understanding for the patient.
On my second visit, I went in for a DOT physical — something I’ve done many times before without issue. Normally, I go to Patient First, where the process is smooth, and because I have high blood pressure and cholesterol, I usually receive a one-year certificate instead of two. However, my employer sent me to Concentra this time for convenience.
During my exam with Dr. Lilia Nunez Negron, M.D., things quickly took a turn. She immediately began suggesting that I might have sleep apnea and pushed me to agree to take a sleep test, even raising her voice at times as if trying to pressure me into admitting to symptoms I don’t have. When I told her I had never been diagnosed or tested for sleep apnea, she still insisted I needed a test. Initially, she said she couldn’t give me a two-year certificate but would issue a one-year — which is what I typically receive anyway. But after I showed hesitation about the sleep test, she suddenly reduced it to three months and told me that if I refused the test, she would shorten it further to one month.
Her behavior felt hostile, disrespectful, and discriminatory. She even called me “fat” and “overweight,” which was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. The nurse assisting her was also rude and dismissive. To make matters worse, I overheard staff openly gossiping about other patients in the office, discussing personal medical information without any regard for privacy.
In my opinion, the entire operation at that Concentra location lacks professionalism, compassion, and integrity. I never want to return there again if I can help it, and I believe their conduct deserves to be investigat
