  I came here given the promise of a same day appointment and prescription. During my son’s appointment (which was done via computer), the staff was too busy having my conversations regarding doing pushups and other personal matters to even bother asking what his prescription or brand was. When his visit finalized I had to ask them to change the script as apparently they were going to give us one that we had not even discussed (he wears dailies). I showed them his prior prescription and even showed them a picture of the correct contacts. Even after this, they still wrote for the wrong script. Because the provider is not in house, I am being told that I will have to wait for a new script which they cannot guarantee when the virtual provider will send over. I made a same day appointment because my son is going off to college and I wanted him to take some with him (we normally get these at Costco given they have it in stock) and now 1) I still don’t have a correct prescription 2) my son is driving off without contacts 3) I will have to pay out of pocket to ship these. As I am speaking to the manager regarding this issue (who does not seem to care given she is not bothering to make eye contact with me and continues to sit down filling plastic bags with paper) she fails to show any empathy and just argued with me that this is a brand request change so it will have to wait rather than acknowledge that this is a fault on their end. This is unacceptable and by far the worse experience I have ever had at an “optometry” office.

  I was so impressed with the process! The eye exam did not require multiple room changes, The tele-optometrist was very professional and patient. The staff was courteous and extremely helpful; I especially loved Shanta, who really paid attention to my needs and made me comfortable with the choices I made for my eye-care. :) LOVEEE, Stanton Optical!

  Brittany was great she helped me with picking out frames and helped me with my budget. Would recommend going to see her.

  So I originally went to Americas Best to try and get some glasses , they were very rude and just not helpful. So I looked around for similar places and I found Stanton. It was for my daughter so I took her first. She got glasses she wanted they were very helpful, I believe the ladies name was Shantie that helped us . She did such a good job I decided to come back for an eye exam for myself and I also purchased glasses for me as I to needed them. Shantie helped me again and same as before she was amazing. Everyone there was very helpful , they answered all of my questions. It was very clean , my daughter is bosses so they helped her fine something she liked . All and all I give this place 10 STARS ⭐️ . The service was just excellent and I truly felt like my needs were meet and the service was top tier
