I went to D.C. to get a procedure done, but I had to follow up with blood work. I got in this place and I’ve been waiting 40 minutes and still haven’t been called to the back. I came for blood work. BLOOD WORK. Should’ve been no more than 5-10 minutes. In and out, but no. It seems like you don’t have to make an appointment to sit and wait as if you have a walk-in.

I had a horrible experience at this location. I went in to receive information about a possible miscarriage, and I left more confused and anxious than I did when I arrived. The front staff was very nice, but I cannot say the same about the practitioners. My pregnancy test came up negative, which I knew would happen. A "student nurse practitioner" came in the room, and told me since the pregnancy test was negative, I couldn't receive an ultrasound. "Alright, but I am actively bleeding and cramping, I had positive tests last week and now they are all negative" I tell her. She says "Oh, I've never seen that before. That's really weird. Let me go ask the doctor if she wants to see you." So i sat, even more anxious, because hello, what do you mean that's really weird? Where is your bedside manner? She came back in a couple minutes later and told me I was all set. The actual doctor did not even bother seeing me. I ended up going to the ER shortly after, where it was confirmed I miscarried and received proper care. If you are having a genuine health concern, this is not the location to go to. The lady on the phone at the Virginia Beach location that set the appointment sounded a lot more knowledgeable than the actual practitioners here.
