Prior to this location I was never a fan of Safeway, but they seem to operate this store differently than others I've been to. The staff really make the difference too.
- MWMichael WautletNov 21, 20221.0Not recommended for vaccinations. I scheduled a Covid vaccine two weeks in advance. I arrived at my appointment time on time. There were two people checking in front of me for the exact same time. I noted to the pharmacist that I had a 10 AM appointment time and out of nowhere the pharmacist yelled at me. She said to me, just wait. I will get to you. there are several people in front of you. When I asked about the appointment time, she said there are 6 people for each of the same appt times. When I said that the website doesn’t say that and it seems a bit disingenuous, she turned hostile and said, “ if you have a problem, then call corporate”. It was shocking and I asked to cancel my appointment. She said “fine” and turned away. Worst experience at the pharmacy I’ve ever had.
