  I had a good experience getting my lasik procedure. The waiting was the worse part but the procedure went very swiftly and without mishap. I was there for a total of 3 hours and I opted for the same day procedure. While I was waiting I noticed a poster that promised if I left a review I would get a free t-shirt. Unfortunately, that poster was years old and had not been taken down. No free T for me. :( I did not want that to sway anyone’s opinion about the LASIK Vision Institute, I was treated very kindly and the staff was informative. 9/10 would recommend just look out for the posters..

  **Updated Review** Everything has been good after receiving my procedure healing is not bad and the doctor who performed it was amazing. I have no issue with the procedure in any way so far. The only reason I’m doing a new review is because I felt pressured into reviewing them right after my follow up appointment today less than 24hrs after my lasik surgery. When I left the older gentleman ,who had me read the letters on the wall, I was ask to sit down and tap my phone to write a review, as the Front Desk Lady watched from her computer to see if my review came in. I was very hesitant but didn’t wanna upset anyone. And I will put into context again that this is less than 24hrs after my surgery and in my opinion cannot reflect on my future experience that i haven’t experienced yet on how my eyes will heal and turn out. I will say they were all smiles and great bubbly personality prior to my procedure but after my procedure and today when I went in it felt cold/dry and felt very rushed. I should’ve known that it was gonna be all about reviews when In the group of papers they give you prior to the procedure it ask you to review them on social media and tag them. Which at the time seemed fine but when all bedside manner left after the procedure and it seemed all they were worried about was the “5 Star” review, it made me rethink a bit. I truly hope in the next few weeks my vision continues to get better as it already has improved thus far and it doesn’t end up being just a gimmick. After my eyes are further healed in a few weeks I will do a proper review on my vision and until then I will say it’s good so far just didn’t like how the staff was after everything was done.

  I have the most amazing experience in this place, Kiera is very knowledgeable about all the processes she answers all my questions and concerns. Now in the other side Heather is not professional or knowledgeable enough to be there, Heather can’t manage the front desk by herself because people won’t be able to handle her. Well I have to say that I love everything except Heather actitud.

  I came in for my consultation and did my pre-op scans with Kiera who was very knowledgeable and walked me through what to expect. I decided to do same day treatment, Tavius broke down the cost and benefits between optimized vs contoura. I decided to go with contoura. Dr. Roberts answered all of my questions before we went into the operating room. The procedure took less than 10 minutes, was painless and Dr. Roberts informed me of every step he was taking which eased my nerves a lot. I would do Lasik again if I could!!

  Absolutely awesome! The best part is of course having 20/20 vision again, and no longer needing glasses. The staff were outstanding and the doctors were very friendly and professional. All my questions were answered sufficiently and I felt very comfortable going into this surgery. Definitely recommend LASIK Vision Institute if you’re considering getting a vision upgrade!
