AVOID OneLife. Don’t get a membership with OneLife. My husband has been trying for 3 months to cancel his membership, they claim the process is sending an email and speaking to someone at onelife, but they are not processing or responding. They continue to charge him and will not cancel his membership. Save yourself and go to a different gym.

1. The pool: As a swimmer who swam in many different pools all across Virginia, the pool at Onelife fitness is the dirtiest pool I've ever been in. There was a time when the walls of the pool were slimy green for a whole month. I really hope this gym considers vacuuming their pool, because I've seen things...... I've never experienced this at any other pool, but there is also this white foam that lingers constantly on the surface of the pool, this is not just a one time problem...........I've seen this white foam many times. I will post pictures if needed to prove my point. It looks soapy (and no, I'm not talking about the hot tub). I've asked the lifeguard and she says "I don't know where that is coming from" The hot tub jet pumps are weak. The showers have ghats (small flies). The men's locker room/bathroom could be better. Compared to other gyms, the pool area has many moody older adults, but just leave them alone, swim your laps, and go home.
2. The manager: Kevin, yes he may have a friendly demeanor to some patrons but its quite performative from my lens, he treats me quite the opposite. He always creates friction and asserts his "authority" over me which is not inviting at all. I'm just someone who wants to be in solitude and workout. Simple right? I keep to myself and bother no one. I've also seen reviews about this other employee named Jordan, I also find him a bit rude and off-putting. I shrug that off because he looks like a teenager, whereas Kevin is an older adult.
Since is the new year, 2026 I plan to protect my energy and I hope anyone who reads this, I'd recommend for you to protect yours too! Stay healthy and happy new years!

I’ve been going to this gym for almost a decade, back when it was 24 hour fitness, and since the transition to OneLife, it has only gotten better. The quality of the gym is amazing (squat rack, recovery room, 24 hour cleaning service, etc) and in the best location.
My favorite part, though, is that the people haven’t changed! Kevin is the best manager always welcoming everyone with a smile and is so good with remembering faces. He will literally call you by name. Erica is such a delight and is the BEST group fitness director. Kevin, Eduardo, Brendan, and Collin are all quality trainers that were 24H Fitness trainers before and have stayed on with OneLife, which speaks to the culture of the gym.
It’s truly a tight-knit family that genuinely cares about you. While OneLife is a larger organization, this location in particular maintains a small, family-business feel through its culture and people. I can’t recommend this gym enough!!

I experienced blatant mistreatment and discriminatory behavior at the Onelife Falls Church location, led by a manager named JORDAN N.
My friend (who became a member last summer after I brought her as my guest) and I attempted to bring her parents as guests (They are 65 years old, and since they do Pilates in Brazil, my friend wanted to make sure they didn't stop exercising during their stay here, but for that, they would need to visit the gym and see if they would like to do it.), something clearly allowed under our membership. From the start, Jordan N was aggressive, dismissive, and unprofessional. When he demanded identification and saw their passports, he immediately stated they would have to pay $50 simply because they were “not from here.” This rule was suddenly invented and directly contradicted previous experiences at other Onelife locations. My brother, who also lives in Brazil, spent two weeks working out at Onelife after I took him there for the first time, and even though he wasn't from the area, he was treated very well and respectfully.
Throughout the interaction, JORDAN N continuously changed his explanations, making it obvious he was searching for excuses to deny entry. He raised his voice, spoke condescendingly, and publicly humiliated us in front of other members.
I have been an Onelife member at multiple locations (Alexandria, Ballston, Skyline) and have never experienced anything like this. Those locations are respectful and inclusive. Falls Church is NOT.
Management must review the security footage. Jordan N clearly lacks the professionalism, emotional intelligence, and leadership required for a managerial position. This behavior reflects extremely poorly on the brand and should not be tolerated. Instead of gaining two more customers, they created four dissatisfied people, and I will certainly talk about this incident not only to people close to me but also on my social medias, where I have over 300k followers. I've brought several people there who became members and clients, but because of employees like Jordan N, the company is going downhill. Hope you guys do something about it..

JORDAN N. He is Extremely Disrespectful, Aggressive. This was a Misleading Experience at OneLife Fitness Falls Church.
I am a paying member and regularly train with four friends, all members. On this occasion, two active members were present, each bringing one guest, which we understood to be allowed under the membership.
The guests were my parents. They’re in their 60s, barely speak English, and in the process of moving to the U.S. to live with me. *They were there to get to know the gym with the intention of possibly joining and taking classes with us* as they have been doing it where they were living and are strongly encouraged to keep taking care of their health.
Despite this, the night front desk staff, particularly *Jordan N.*, were rude, aggressive, and refused to let us explain. Given my parents’ age and language barrier, the situation was humiliating. When I asked for their passports instead of a driver’s license (since they don’t have one yet), Jordan N. assumed they were not eligible to enter as guests and charged $50 solely because they were from another country, without hearing me say they’re for the first month here right before they actually move to the region.
Jordan N. kept speaking over me saying we had to pay $50 per guest for a single-day pass, which is absurd when my membership is $49/month and includes guest privileges. This policy was never clearly explained when signing the contract.
Because of the staff’s attitude and lack of empathy, OneLife lost two strong potential members immediately. I am seriously reconsidering my membership.
Do better.
