I had put off seeing anyone for a couple of weeks and tried to rehab at home, but after weeks of not being able to run more than a mile or two, I sought help. From day one working with Kayla and later Sarah, they helped me strengthen my hip and get me back running again. They even helped support me through all of my aches, pains, and soreness while training for my marathon. I recently just completely that marathon with a ten minute PR! and a few weeks later completed a 50 mile ultra marathon. Truly wouldn’t have been possible without the help of Sarah, Kayla, and the entire team at Phoenix. Thank you two so much! I would recommend them to anyone!

I have done PT several times in the last 5 years at different clinics and she is absolutely the best PT I have ever had. She’s super knowledgeable and extremely warm. She has been instrumental in my recovery and I wouldn’t have been able to recover at the rate I did without her. She’s challenges her patients in so many good way and is overall amazing. I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is worth her weight in gold and Phoenix is lucky to have such an awesome PT on their staff.
