- CKCJ KusmierDec 26, 20251.0Absolute disaster. There is no doctor onsite as it’s a hybrid business and everyone that is there are straight sales people. They try and talk you out of using your insurance, act like they don’t know how to look it up and throw an attitude if you turn down their deals. I watched as other patients paperwork and test results were left laying around for anyone to see. It got worse and wasn’t even provoking anything, just trying to get out of there but the sales person was purposely making us wait for paperwork at the register. Update 12/31 - Issue was never escalated to the point where I would be contacted to this day. Just reinforces the behavior over there.
- CRCourtney RiceDec 9, 20255.0As a former customer of Americas Best, Eyemart Express, and Pearl Vision. I would prefer Stanton Optical. The customer services from the team at the Greenbrier office is amazing! The eye exam it self is done virtual. Which I was skeptical at first. The optometrist was very professional and was able to read my prescription quickly and efficiently. The MD actually informed me that my previous prescription was over prescribed. Which I agreed because my stigmatism seem to be worse whenever I wore the glasses from Eyemart Express, which I was prescribed two years prior. After the exam I was able to try on glasses, choose my lenses/frames, and walk away with a pair in hand, being that I was over prescribed on my last prescription. Jialle (I’m sure I’m spelling this wrong, I apologize girl!) and team were again extremely helpful and competent of all products and services. If you’re on the fence about making an appointment, I would say go ahead and make it and have an amazing customer service experience which is so rare in this climate of customer interaction.

The virtual doctor was thorough amd did a better job than the last 2 that I saw in person. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I wear dailies and they had an advertised special for an eye exam and 2 boxes (180 total lenses) for $150. That is exactly what I got. Those contacts are normally $90/box so this was a great deal. I would highly recommend this location!
