From the friendly receptionist, Diana, to the ultrasound technician, Ingrid, to the PA, Magda, and finally Dr. Raggio himself, I felt I was in good hands. No one rushed me, everyone took the time to answer my questions, and I left knowing exactly what was going on with my varicose veins. If only more medical offices were as welcoming and attentive.

The front desk staff also often come across as rude and indifferent toward patients which makes an already difficult experience even more frustrating.
