I have never dealt with a business that works this hard to avoid responsibility.
For over five months, I have been chasing this company for help and resolution, only to be met with buck-passing, inconsistent information, and silence. Every time I reached out, I was either ignored entirely or given a different answer depending on who responded if anyone responded at all.
Instead of taking accountability, they continuously shift blame to someone else, refuse to take ownership of the issue, and ultimately refuse to pay or resolve what they are clearly responsible for. Emails go unanswered for weeks, then suddenly receive vague or contradictory replies that lead nowhere. There is no follow-through, no urgency, and absolutely no professionalism.
What’s most frustrating is that even after months of documented communication, they still refuse to act or provide any meaningful solution. This isn’t a misunderstanding.. it’s a pattern of avoidance.
If you value clear communication, accountability, or being treated fairly, I strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere. Save yourself months of stress, wasted time, and being ignored!

I signed up for services back in September of 2019. I was approved and finalized June of this year, 2020. The experience, help, and customer service is outstanding! My first broker, Rachael Green, went above and beyond to assist in every way possible! I call her my angel lol! Andrea, Angela, and everyone that I’ve come into contact with, have all been VERY HELPFUL and nice! If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! Thank you!
