We had a great experience and everything we learned was invaluable with an emergency c-section, NICU stay, and even now that our son is 2 months old. All of the instructors were experts and answered all of our questions as nervous first time parents!

Jen was a wonderful instructor and is clearly passionate about helping mothers to be and couples navigate labor and delivery. I appreciated that she spoke from a trauma informed perspective and I left feeling educated and empowered on ALL the possible outcomes for when our baby is born. Highly recommend!
