  Three staff did a great job streamlining me through the 2 job-related procedures that I needed to complete in a timely manner. They deserve 5 stars for their performance and warm personalities! My grave concerns for this Concentra were: 1) that some front-end staff were not at all warm and welcoming, they acted like DMV or Obamacare bureaucrats who viewed me as just a number to be “processed.” I wasn’t welcomed, wasn’t listened to, and felt that I was just a pay check. 2) At this particular office, there was obviously no or little commitment to DEI and in fact, certain ethnic classes were definitely not included as part of the work force. The only employees that I observed were persons of color with other classes (i.e. European- Americans, Caucasians, White ethnicities) not included in the workforce. Racism and rudeness has no place in the workplace especially in healthcare. Thus, this 5 Star review has been greatly modified to 1 Star.

  I had a T-spot lab done there however, they said it cannot be verified because their system went down while l was there waiting to be called. Question?, l wasn't l told system was done but called anyways? Why wasn't l rescheduled. 2 labs done on same day and same time but one couldn't be found?. I don't believe concentra plus they're very rude on the phone too. Prior to this, I did T-spot with Patriot urgent care that uses quest diagnostics labs. They told me my specimen was lost in transport. Something is fishy.

  To whom it may concern, I’m leaving this review on the behalf of Ms. Cait @ your General Washington Dr. in Alexandria Virginia. This woman has really went far and beyond to assist me today with a matter that I was trying to address. Although we spoke several times on the phone, everytime we spoke she was that much closer to helping as I needed. Nonetheless when I arrived at the location she had definitely assisted me to the utmost. Her professionalism was superb. She was very polite and respectful. Her customer service skills were clearly at the top of the chart. Not sure what Ms. Cait position is at this location however this woman deserves to be acknowledged based on this review. She also needs to considered for a promotion. She definitely deserves a raise and an extended vacation. Once again I thank Concentra for having someone as Ms Cait on your staff.

  Today's visit went well. I thought it was going to take at least 4 hours to complete my visit. To my surprise it took at least an hour in a half. The half was my fault. I saw Dr. Pascal, Thomisha and Daisy, who were all professional, and patient. I observed one of the front desk staff at checkout. Come out to the waiting area and sat down to assist this Spanish guy on filling out his paperwork. That he was having problems with. He didn't ask for any assistance. But, she the initiative to assist him. I thought that was very kind of her!! She didn't have to go the extra mile to do so. Everyone had a smile on their faces. Dr. Pascal at the end of the visit asked if I had any questions for him? That was a plus for me. Although is seemed busy. The place was packed. He took the time to answer my question without me feeling rushed. I would take the extra 15 minutes to drive there again. Very positive experience and good energy compared to the rest.

  I needed to get a drug screening done for my company but twice the pretended the system wasn’t working and there wasn’t anything that could be done about it. The second time I drove back there after they called me to ask me to come back, I had to ask what was even the purpose of this medical facility if the tech wasn’t working. After a couple of minutes of respectfully arguing my point, they suddenly found a way to perform my drug screening, which they clearly could have done from the start. I have reached out to my company and they’re currently looking for another contractor.
