  Genuinely the nicest, most patient staff. They made me very comfortable with scheduling, questions and getting blood drawn. If you're feeling nervous about coming in, this location seems really great!

  Don’t bother scheduling yourself an appt as it does nothing for you. You will wait in line for 30 minutes before you even get checked in at the window, paperwork given — just to sit down in their lobby to wait another hour for your services. Ridiculous service.

  The stuff is friendly and informative from the beginning to the end. They go the extra mile to make sure every person gets the right medical treatment they need whether is insurance or out pocket! I was extremely happy with the service they provide !

  Debated if I should leave a review or not. I’ve been here several times before and always had good service and left feeling seen and heard. After my appointment yesterday that was not the case. I show up and waited an hour to be seen after my scheduled time. Fine I understand, no worries. But then the dr comes in and says there’s basically only one thing she can do for me. She does it and says despite the ongoing issue I came in for, everything looks good. I ask her what she recommends me doing to actually solve my issue and she goes “nothing.” And I ask if there are more tests or anything she can do and she just straight up says no. Like girl I didn’t come all the way in so you can literally do nothing, suggest nothing, and recommend nothing. She said the test I’m wanting is a whole process to request and can be difficult to start the process to even get testing so I asked if she could start that process and she says NO. I’m frustrated at this point so I ask what she expects me to do and she says, well make an appointment with a “real Dr.” First red flag cause that kinda what I thought you were. I told her my regular dr isn’t taking appointments until March of 2026 and she literally says “well that’s healthcare in America for you” and walked out of the room. I left my appointment in tears no closer to solving my issue than before. I just want to point out to you too ma’am, YOU are health care in America. It’s true healthcare here sucks but from where I’m standing lady YOU are the healthcare that sucks. Take accountability for your part or resign because collecting a paycheck at my expense is disgusting behavior. You lost all of my respect and I truly hope that some day when you truly need help you’re met with the same apathy you gave me and I hope it negatively impacts your daily living and I hope you get to see how it feels. You shouldn’t be a Dr. Don’t go here. Update: I felt bad after my first review because again this is the first bad experience I’ve ever had here but then I was able to get ahold of a different Dr and it solidified that this interaction at planned parenthood was truly awful. I was able to get a next day appointment at a random little hospital in sugar house. Dr saw me and IMMEDIATELY validated that NO this is not a standard side effect and should be taken seriously and she very nicely explained that although all she could do were order tests she ordered 7 and immediately got my recommendation appointment with a specialist expedited for next Wednesday. THAT IS WHAT I WAS ASKING YOU TO DO. I was asking you to care. And even if there wasn’t anything else you could’ve done you could’ve cared enough to get me a recommendation. To give me phone numbers to call. To suggest different places that have better luck but what you chose to do instead was say “yeah that’s health care in America for you” and exit the freaking room. I thought I was being harsh but then I received the care I deserve and it confirmed just how apathetic and honestly how pathetic you are as a practitioner. You could’ve done more and even if you truly didn’t think you could have been of use you could have at least been kind. But apparently planned parenthood doesn’t provide that. Go to LakeWood in sugar house. It’s a branch of the U that has availability, has an urgent care, has an obgyn, and labs on site. I was in and out within an hour with an action plan, recommendation, and tests ordered. Even though that dr couldn’t do anything herself she was still able to help me!

  I got attended by Juan Carlos and Jeff. And they were super nice.. Juan Carlos informed about everything. And Jeff answer all my questions. Honestly they were great! Jeff is super funny and seems caring and SUPER NONJUDGMENTAL. I REALLY liked that about him✨…I have read other comments on them (Juan Carlos looks a little mean, but he really is not… he’s was super FRIENDLY and did his job and provided me with options and provided me with all needed information). So because of the type of service I got from them today… I’m giving a 5 star review 💕
