  Amy is absolutely amazing! I have gone to so many different therapists in the past to help me with forgiveness, acceptance, and to help me heal. I went to Hypnosis WOW! for help with my weight, but Amy was able to get to my core issue, outside of weight. For the first time in years, I feel light, happy, and hopeful. I know I will be able to release the weight I have been holding on to because she got me to the core issue. She helped me to release the subconscious issues I have been holding on to. I had no idea that my weight issues were so much involved with my subconscious. She cares about me and went above and beyond. I would tell anyone who is holding onto issues, go see her. Don't give up, there is help and she will help you! She can help you with any problem or issue, I truly believe that!

  Amy is very good - she helped me stop the exercise excuse fight. I now schedule my exercise classes weekly, and then go. The excuses are gone. She taught me how to use the skills for other areas in life as well. I was nervous initially - however, I remember what she said, and everything that happened. Since working with Amy, I have totally de-junked, and reorganized my whole house and garage. It’s a motivating program.

  It’s hard to know where to begin, except to start with the fact that Amy has changed my life for the better. For anyone that is skeptical about hypnosis, I’m telling you it works! Amy, is patient and kind. She’s helped to give me the strength that I didn’t have for a long time, to move forward, and meet my goals. She is simply amazing!

  Amy is great. She takes a holistic approach to helping people heal. I first came in to unlearn some bad habits. Not only did she help me correct my bad habits, but she helped me get to the root of where they were coming from. I got in touch with my soul, forgave some people for some things, and I am living in my NOW. I have a greater sense of self-worth. I now KNOW that I am worth believing in myself.

  Before 911, I flew weekly for business. Since 911 up until now my fear of flying grew worse and worse. I would replay the picture in my mind of the planes hitting the towers. I would stare up at planes from the ground and imagine them falling out of the sky...needless to say my fear of flying impacted my life! I have been retired now for about two years and my husband and I wanted to do some traveling. Because I just can't fly, we have done a number of road trips. A friend of mine told me I should try SLC Hypnosis Center. After seeing John for just one session I am so excited about a trip we have coming up to New Zealand!!! I had a total of two sessions with John but felt like the one would have been enough. I am so appreciative. John worked me in with little notice and by doing so has made a huge difference in my life. We leave tomorrow and I am actually excited to go!! Thank You John!
