- KHKari HansenAug 7, 20241.0Honestly, this place is a joke. Nobody is qualified to do the work. If you want to leave "counseling" with more issues than what you started with this is the place to go. I think Stephanie (the manager) actually does not want missionaries to serve. The number of missionaries I personally know that she has recommended not serve a mission is staggering. I am appalled at the lack of compassion and frankly the lack of knowledge exhibited here. Do yourselves a favor and see a real counselor.
- LWL WOct 11, 20221.0Waste of time and money. I was able to go to two sessions after being on a waitlist for weeks, and both were unhelpful. Also, the second session was supposed to be 50 minutes, and all I got was 15 minutes, and I had to wait two weeks in between. Thats right, I waited two weeks for a 15 minute session and some generic advice when I paid for 50 minutes. I guess you get what you pay for, but unfortunately I can’t afford a real therapist. At least the ladies at the front desk are very kind unlike what many of the other reviewers have said, so the old ones must have been replaced. That was the only good thing about coming here. Needless to say, I am livid and at a loss. Do not come here if you’re needing real help. You won’t get it.
